Neuropsychological assessment and support

Better understand
your brain.

No two minds are alike. Your brain works in its own way, and understanding that is the starting point. We offer cognitive assessment, practical strategies and psychological support, so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence and self-knowledge.

Exploring neurodiversity

If you're curious about how your brain actually works

Many of our clients arrive with questions: am I autistic? Is this ADHD, or just life? We hold space for those questions without judgement and offer a thorough, neuroaffirming assessment to help you make sense of yourself. After diagnosis, we also offer support to help you manage what's next.

After brain injury

If something has changed, and you need to know what

Traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumour, concussion, MS or other neurological conditions can leave you wondering what's recovered, what's shifted, and what's next. We help map the change clearly, with care for the person behind the report. Assessments can also help guide decisions about returning to or staying in work.

Memory & ageing

If you've noticed changes in memory or thinking

Noticing changes in memory or thinking can bring up bigger worries, and it can be difficult to know which changes reflect normal ageing and which may deserve closer attention. A thorough, respectful review can help you better understand any changes and support your independence for longer. Memory concerns are often best assessed as part of a multidisciplinary approach, with neuropsychological assessment providing one important piece of the picture.

Already received a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment? We also offer cognitive strategies and ongoing support to help you manage the changes.

About no two minds

A practice built on the idea that no two minds are alike.

We're a modern psychology practice that believes a brain is never just a result on a test. It's a whole person, with a history, a context, and a future worth caring about.

Our work is honest, warm, and rigorous. We take time to listen, explain things in plain language, and design support that fits your actual life, not a textbook version of it.

We are proudly LGBTIQA+ affirming and committed to providing a culturally safe space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and for clients of every background.
